Just A Closer Walk. . .

The best music on Sunday morning is often the jazz hymns played as the congregation egresses from the sanctuary. Today they played some of tha music as an offeratory and I captured a little of it on video. The recording quality isn't the best but perhaps you get the idea.

Frosty Maze

The frost on the windows this morning etched a strange pattern. :) My son, the maze fanatic, couldn't resist the pristine frost as a tabula rasa for his art as he stood waiting for the bus.

Driftwood

'Just like the driftwood of a dream left on the seashore of sleep. Just like the words that wouldn't rhyme lost in the desert of time. Time waits for no one at all. No not even you. You thought you'd seen it all before, you really thought you knew. Oh no don't leave me driftwood on the shore.' The lyrics of this song pass through my head whenever I find driftwood on the shore.
